Frank Chapa, LPC
Life can become unbearably difficult when we encounter a unique challenge that is hard to overcome. Perhaps for you, this challenge is new and is suddenly impacting your life in a in an intrusive way. Many of my clients also report that they have been living with their concern for a long time and they have finally decided that enough is enough. Regardless, it causes a negative domino effect and possibly creates adverse effects on other areas of life as well.
Whether you know the origin of what troubles you or struggle to find understanding , one factor remains the same: you are not happy with how things are going and you would like to do something to create positive change.
As your counselor, I would like to work with you to create that positive change. Know that we will be intentional with making progressive every meeting, will work as a team to understand your concerns, will create a plan to directly address you needs, and I will work diligently inside and outside of meetings to get you where you want to be!

Below are some of the most requested topics I work with, and please reach out if your specific concern is not listed. We can talk about how your specific needs may fit this practice.
